Who can use atlas
You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
The service
atlas helps you plan trips. It doesn't sell travel today: any booking you make happens with the provider, on their terms. atlas is in beta and features may change.
Your content
You own the trips, notes and other content you create. You give atlas the permission needed to store and display it to you so the service works.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse atlas: no breaking the law, attacking or overloading the service, scraping it, or accessing other people's accounts.
Place information
Place details come from third parties such as Google. Opening hours, prices and availability change — check with the venue before you rely on them.
No warranty
atlas is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, atlas isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for travel plans that don't work out. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We'll tell you in the app before material changes to these terms take effect.
If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
